AutoLoanCanada is an auto-finance matching service. We connect applicants with a network of Canadian automotive dealers and the lenders those dealers work with. We are not a lender, we do not extend credit, we do not sell or deliver vehicles, and we do not provide financial, credit, or legal advice. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular rate, term, or vehicle. All financing decisions are made by third-party lenders and dealers under their own terms.

Eligibility

You must be a resident of Canada and the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form that includes the required consent checkboxes, you consent to be contacted as described and agree your information may be shared as set out in our Privacy Policy and CASL Express Consent Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Payment calculator and illustrative figures

Any payment calculator or estimate on the Service is illustrative only and does not constitute a financing offer. It uses a fixed sample rate for illustration; your actual rate and payment depend on a lender’s assessment of your application.

Third-party dealers and lenders

Dealers and lenders in our network are independent third parties. Your dealings with them — including any financing agreement, vehicle purchase, delivery, or credit check — are solely between you and them and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their products, services, or conduct.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by AutoLoanCanada or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that you will be approved for financing or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability
